Our Commitment To Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.  To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used by ICT Management.  To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested, as per National Privacy Principle #5.

ICT Management, in accordance with National Privacy Principle #1, may obtain information such as your name, e-mail address, your company’s name, physical address, telephone and fax numbers and in some instances, financial details about you through our web site, by email, over the phone, as written responses or through personal visits by our staff.  The type of information that we collect depends on the products and services you acquire from us.  This information enables us to assist and serve you better.  You do not have to provide us with your personal information, but refusing to do so may limit our ability to provide you with services.

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information is automatically collected from your visit to this Web Site.  However, in certain circumstances, you may be asked to provide us with some specific information about yourself in order to use certain features on this Web Site or to take advantage of opportunities, such as receiving our Newsletter, submission of forms regarding service and support, interaction on our blog, wiki or other such instances.

How Do We Use This Information?

ICT Management complies with National Privacy Principle #2 regarding our use of this information.  We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that request for information.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that process.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services.  Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the applicable registration form.

ICT Management will take reasonable steps to maintain any such information so that it is accurate, complete and up to date as per National Privacy Principle #3.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

We do not give information about you to organisations or anyone else unless one of the following applies:

How Do We Protect Your Data?

ICT Management strives to meet National Privacy Principle #4 and to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information of our customers.  We use a variety of physical, electronic and managerial measures to keep personal information safe from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure.  However, you should remember that the Internet is not a secure environment. If you post personal information in a way that is accessible to the public, it may be accessed by unauthorised parties.

ICT Management may establish associations with business partners that allow visitors to our web site to link directly to sites operated by our business partners.  Some of these sites may be “co-branded” with our logo; however, these sites may not be operated or maintained by or on our behalf.

Access To Information

In accordance with National Privacy Principle #6, you may access personal information that we hold about you or you can ask us to correct personal information we hold about you.  Any information posted on the blog, wiki or forums becomes public information.  Whilst ICT Management strives to protect your privacy we cannot guarantee the security of information disclosed in blog comments, on wiki pages or on bulletin boards/forums.
